The victims were identified as Nansi G. Fuentes Zambrano, 25, of Inver Grove Heights; Dena M. Silcox, 56, of St. Paul; and Adam J. Wilwerding, 43, of Oakdale. According to authorities, officers with the St. Paul Police Department responded to reports of gunfire Monday afternoon at an apartment complex located on the 1500 block of St. Paul Avenue. When officers arrived, they discovered three individuals who had tragically lost their lives inside the leasing office area.
